We collect details such as the UAN (Universal Account Number) of the logged-in user, login and logout date-time, and the mode of registration. This is done as part of our security policy.
Information about the user's device and connection is collected to provide support for device specific or service provider-related issues.
The eShram team monitors and investigates any suspicious activities or violations of the Terms of Use to ensure fair usage of its services.
Usage and log information help improve the eShram platform and address queries, including those related to RTI (Right to Information) or from law enforcement agencies.
